We can ONLY consider your application if you have:
1: BS in STEM
2: 14 years of related professional/military experience in Software Engineering, including background in the agile development lifecycle (12 years with Master's, 9 with PhD)
3: Experience with peer review tools such as Atlassian Crucible
4: Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Python, Swift) and software development lifecycle
5: Experience with one of the following change management tracking system tools: Jira, ClearQuest, Asana
6: Experience with one of the following continues integration tools: Bamboo, Jenkins, Gitlab, Bamboo
7: Experience with one of the following configuration management systems: GIT, GitLab, Bitbucket, Subversion

We are looking for a Information Technologist who will be working with the latest technology to modernize software product production with DevSecOps - continuous build, continuous integration, continuous test, continuous cyber, continuous deployment, and continuous metrics on aerospace programs. Specifically, this person will be responsible for the design, architecture, development, deployment, and operation of modern DevSecOps software factory. They will work with multi-disciplinary teams, such as with Systems Engineering, Real-time & Embedded Software, Test Automation, DevSecOps, and Systems Test in an Agile software development environment.

DESIRED (not required) SKILLS:
:: Certification with cloud technology (AWS, VMWare, Azure, Kubernetes) at the architect level
:: Experience with using AI to improve peer review quality
:: Experience with architecting cloud solution

Duties and Responsibilities
== Conduct trade study and analysis of alternatives for end-of-life peer review product
== Lead a cross functional team to prototype solution and gain stakeholder buy-in
== Productionize replacement for end-of-life tool
== Define and migrate existing teams to the tool
